limits.json

The authoritative per-target capability file at deputyctl/etc/limits.json. One entry per supported hardware target; each entry declares target, tier, ram_mb, capabilities, limitations. Read by deputyctl limits and the picker page. Schema in Reference → Schemas → limits.json.
