limits awareness (principle)

The deputyOS principle that awareness of what the device cannot do matters more than capability. Every refusal includes a reason, shown in the same UI surface where the user clicked. Surfaced in the picker, the wizard, deputyctl limits, the PWA “Your device” card, the update flow, and the docs.
